Was convenient to multiple restaurants as well as it had its own bistro down stairs.. rooms were good size and enjoyed the stay . Will gladly stay again....my children loved the beds and the breakfast provided.

Had a well-appointed and tastefully decorated room with with dresser and a queen bed, as example for my comfort.

The hotel was absolutely great, our room was modern, enjoyed it. The location of the property was unbeatable, to practically everything you could ask for. Moreover, it was a short walk to TGIF restaurant, Whole Foods Market, and 7-11 convenience store. The room we had included ample space and a couch. The price was US$ 102.

30 dollars extra fees were charge that I didn't know about.

Location: the hotel was short walk to zoo, airport and events all over the metroplex, and the business center. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, so much space and a couch. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and pleasant and the pool area was heated.

The bed was ok...I've slept in better and I've slept in worse...very clean and visually appealing...liked they had options to purchase certain food items like sandwiches/salads/snacks any time of day...good location with convenience to a lot of places to eat and shop

No breakfast and you have to request a refrigerator...no microwave in the room but one available for use downstairs

Our stay in this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, with a variety of entertainment options within walking distance. We were able to explore the area and enjoy everything it had to offer. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. The bathroom was also well-maintained and provided everything we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We even had a great view from our room, which added to the overall experience.

The staff at the front desk was not very attentive and could have been more helpful in resolving issues.

I was trying to surprise my wife with a stay in this hotel for the weekend. After speaking to the front desk clerk, he sent up a complimentary bottle of wine. The bed and pillows were great also. It was like sleeping on a cloud.

Next to a 7-11 convenience store, restaurants, massage, and pharmacy. Bj's Restaurant & Brewhouse is within a 5-minute walk from the hotel

I was disappointed in the room. The bed was placed so that light from the hall coming through the door kept me awake most of the night. The linens on the bed were not comfortable. There was no complimentary breakfast. There was only one packet of coffee in the room, so not even any coffee until we could get dressed and go somewhere. The TV was position so that watching it from the bed was impossible. All in all, it was a bad deal!

The bed and linens were not good. The price is too high, not to be given a complimentary breakfast. At least, please put 2 packets of coffee in the room, so the guests can have something without going off the premises. The restaurant did not open till 7 AM. Since I was up all night, it would have been nice to have a cup of coffee at 6 AM. The refrigerator made a loud noise, similarly preventing sleep.

The staff here is incredibly accommodating and efficient, providing a quick check-in process and offering great prices.

I had a great stay at Courtyard Dallas Addison. The location was perfect for easy access to the Tollway and Belt Line Road. The room was clean and well-appointed, and I especially appreciated the comfortable bed. I also loved that they serve Starbucks coffee, a great perk for coffee lovers like me. I would highly recommend this hotel.
